Ali Hansen Warwickshire Bear Print

Ali Hansen is a contemporary illustrator based in Warwickshire. Her work consists primarily of watercolour creations within a wide range of subject matter. Ali worked for many years as a fashion illustrator within the UK and internationally. Originally trained as a fashion designer and illustrator at the University of Westminster in London, she has now returned to her first love which is fashion and lifestyle illustration.

 Working primarily in pen and ink and watercolours with some added digital effects using Photoshop. Ali currently sells limited edition prints of her work at artisan markets across the Midlands. Her work has been described as fun, clever, different and colourful. Ali sees things in modern life which she finds stylish and cool and loves to celebrate everyday things in a whimsical watercolour pop art style. "I enjoy putting intelligence and thought into my art pieces and love creating different narratives. I also love to include a sense of humour in my pieces" says Ali. Having grown up in the UK Ali thinks of her art as quintessentially British with a very iconic look to it.

Past clients include Harrods, Selfridges, Elie Saab, Juicy Couture, The Telegraph, Missoni, the BBC, Carven, La Redoute, Marks and Spencer, Victoria and Albert Museum, Brides Magazine, Wella, and The Natural History Museum amongst others.
