Make some magical Christmas memories with Santa & Mrs Claus at Warwick Visitor Centre!

Join us on Sunday 6th December 2026 for a special 20-minute festive Storytime session with Santa & Mrs Claus.

The session will begin with a warm welcome from Santa & Mrs Claus, followed by a little Christmas poem and songs that the children can join in with. There will then be a special photo opportunity with Santa & Mrs Claus, before each child receives their Christmas activity gift, letter to Santa and pencil.

Your £7 child ticket includes:

 A 20-minute Storytime session with Santa & Mrs Claus
 Christmas songs and participation
 A photo opportunity with Santa & Mrs Claus
 A Christmas activity gift
A letter to Santa & pencil

Tickets are £7 per child.

Up to 2 adults can attend FREE of charge per paying child.

Sessions are group sessions, with several children attending each time slot. Numbers are limited, so advance booking is recommended.

Is this a private session with Santa?

No. Each Storytime session is a group session, with several children attending together. Numbers are limited to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.

Each session lasts approximately 20 minutes.

How much does it cost?

Tickets are £7 per child.

Up to 2 adults can attend free of charge per paying child.

What does the £7 ticket include?

Each child receives the Storytime experience with Santa & Mrs Claus, songs and participation, a photo opportunity, a Christmas activity gift, plus a letter to Santa and pencil.

Will there be an opportunity to take photographs?

Yes! There will be a photo opportunity with Santa & Mrs Claus during the session. Parents/guardians are welcome to take photographs.

Does my child get to write a letter to Santa?

Yes. Each paying child will receive a letter to Santa and a pencil as part of their ticket to take home with them.

Does every child receive a gift?

Yes. Each paying child will receive a Christmas activity gift.

What age is the event suitable for?

The event is aimed primarily at children who would enjoy a Christmas Storytime with Santa & Mrs Claus. Younger children are welcome, but all children attending should be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to book a specific time?

Yes. Each event on the website relates to a specific 20-minute session. Please make sure you select and purchase the correct time slot for your visit.

Can I arrive at any time?

No. Please arrive in good time for the specific time slot you have booked, as sessions run throughout the day and we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals in another session.

Is parking available?

The Visitor Centre is located in central Warwick. We recommend allowing plenty of time to travel and park before your booked session.

Do I need a ticket for adults?

No. Up to 2 adults are admitted free per paying child. Adults do not need to purchase a separate ticket.
